I had a very positive, impressive first visit @ West Atlanta Endodontics. From the moment I walked in, the front desk were welcoming and quick to check me in. The office had a beautiful, calm setting. The dental assistant explained to me each step before she started with the needed X-rays and scan. They worked me in on the same day and Dr. Smithson took his time during my consult and explained everything to me, putting me at ease! I know the anxiety a lot of people feel about needing a root canal, but I felt assured and comfortable with this excellent office! Thanks again WAE!

My initial visit to the office was very pleasant. The employee that took my xrays was gentle and caring. She assured me that I was in good hands with the doctor. The doctor was also friendly and personable. He made double sure that the right tooth needing surgery was confirmed and he answered my questions. The best part of the visit was the front office staff. They were extremely friendly and personable which made me feel really comfortable. I was extremely nervous not knowing what to expect but they politely and honestly answered all of my questions (I had many). They even gave me best practice tips on being prepared for the surgery next week. Now I just have to pray and claim all will go well next week!!

The ladies at the front desk quickly and kindly greeted me as I walked in the office. Dr. Norrington had a calmness about him that helped put me at ease when planning for my next appointment. I appreciated how he explained the situation and patiently walked me through our next steps. Great experience overall!

I cannot recommend Dr. Smithson and the entire staff enough! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind, compassionate, and welcoming. I had been in excruciating pain for two weeks leading up to my root canal, and I was incredibly nervous. Dr. Smithson made the entire experience so much better than I ever expected. The procedure was smooth, gentle, and completely pain-free. I honestly couldn’t believe how comfortable I felt throughout the entire root canal. I’m beyond grateful for the care, professionalism, and kindness that Dr. Smithson and every member of the staff showed me. Thank you all for taking such great care of me during such a painful time. I truly appreciate each and every one of you, and I would recommend this office to anyone without hesitation!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Norrington and his entire team. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, professional, and attentive. Everyone treated me with kindness and respect, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Norrington is an outstanding endodontist. What impressed me most was the time he took to explain everything clearly before and during the procedure. Knowing what to expect and understanding each step greatly increased my comfort and confidence. His calm demeanor, expertise, and attention to detail made the entire experience much easier than I anticipated.
